About Gresham
Outdoor Lighting in Gresham, OR
Gresham is the second-largest city in Multnomah County, and its east-county position gives it a noticeably different climate than inner Portland. East wind funneling out of the Columbia River Gorge makes Gresham winters colder with sharper freeze-thaw cycling — which is exactly the condition that destroys cheap outdoor lighting. Composite fixtures crack, water gets in, and systems that were fine in October are dark by February. It's a strong argument for the brass and copper hardware we specify as standard.
Much of Gresham's housing dates to the 1960s through 1980s, and a large share of our work here is replacing or repairing systems installed years ago with builder-grade or big-box components.
